Let鈥檚 Talk Therapists

Chris

Pronouns: He/Him

Licensure Status: LMFT

Professional Interests: Hey y’all, I’m Chris! I like working with a lot of different people, but I think I work especially well with those who have a nerdy/geeky/niche background and want to include those interests in the therapy room! I think games, TV shows, and movies provide rich material to work with in therapy, and I love finding ways to use those interests to support you in your journey of finding more authenticity and confidence, whether that's talking anime or running a Dungeons and Dragons therapy session.

Personal Interests: My interests vary WILDLY, but they all tend to be on the nerdier side. I'm a big gamer (God of War, Legend of Zelda, League of Legends) and always have a stack of board games at home and in my office. I’m also a lover of cartoons (Avatar the Last Airbender, Futurama, Adventure Time) and all things horror (Literally too many movies and TV shows to name). I try to keep up with reading goals, and if I’m not working, playing a game, or eating something new, I’m probably at the gym trying to get my sweat on.

Clay

Pronouns: He/They

Licensure Status: AMFT and APCC

Professional Interests: Hi y’all, I’m Clay! I love working with all kinds of people, but I have a special place for anyone who’s felt like they don’t quite fit in with the crowd—people that call themselves creatives, outsiders, dreamers, artists, rebels, justice seekers, weirdos, softies, and/or geeks, to name a few. I love helping people step into their belonging and value to share their fullest selves and contributions with the world. In doing so, I believe with all my heart that you will help make the world a more alive, just, and joyful place for all of us.

Personal Interests: Outside of sessions, you’ll usually find me around music, art, or the outdoors. I’ve been a drummer since I was a kid and still love playing music, going to shows, and creating art in different forms. I also enjoy hiking, beach trips, camping, and spending time with my two cats, Briggs and Fugee. For fun, I’m into gaming (Spiritfarer and Red Dead Redemption 2 are favorites), films (like Shoplifters and Moonlight), and TV shows (including Reservation Dogs and Adventure Time).

Haley

Pronouns: She/Her/Hers

Licensure Status: APCC

Professional Interests: Hi there, I’m Haley! I’m especially passionate about working with people who identify as highly sensitive, whether that’s as an empath, someone who’s neurodivergent, an HSP, or just someone who feels deeply and sometimes worries they’re “too much.” As a highly sensitive person myself, I love helping others see the strength in their sensitivity and reconnect to their most authentic selves.

Personal Interests: Outside of work, I’m big into music: R&B, West Coast rap/hip-hop, and indie are my go-tos (ask me about Leon Thomas, Bino Rideaux, or Vacations and I’ll be happy to talk!). I also enjoy painting, crafts, watching movies or shows, and spending time with my loved ones. Fun fact: I’m originally from the Pacific Northwest.

Jewelianna

Pronouns: She/Her/Hers

Licensure Status: AMFT and APCC

Professional Interests: My name is Jewelianna! I believe healing is rarely tidy and it's often nonlinear, raw, and beautifully human. My work is influenced by the value I see in the "messy" and "imperfect" parts of ourselves. I love creating space for people who are learning to hold compassion for their contradictions: the people who feel “too much,” “too sensitive,” "not enough," or like they are still trying to piece themselves together. I strive to help clients embrace all their parts and redefine the lens through which they see themselves. My approach blends curiosity, authenticity, and humor so therapy feels less like a performance and more like a real conversation.

Personal Interests: Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time with family and having those conversations with friends that go from gossip to life’s big questions. I’m big on self-care (nails, shopping, makeup—living my mini-influencer dreams), but I also love music that makes you feel everything, chronically binge-watching shows, and laughing about the little chaotic parts of life we all share.

Laura

Pronouns: She/Her/Hers

Licensure Status: AMFT and APCC

Professional Interests: I love working with folks navigating big life transitions, whether that’s starting college, figuring out who they want to be, or making decisions about their future. I also enjoy supporting students who are exploring their identity, searching for authenticity, or working through the impacts of complex trauma (C-PTSD). My goal is to create a space where you can show up as your full self and feel understood.

Personal Interests: When I’m not working, I’m usually doing something active or outdoorsy, aiming to pet as many dogs as I possibly can. I love playing ice hockey and watching sports (my mood is often dictated by the Ducks and LAFC). I also try to go hiking, practice yoga, and go cycling as often as possible. When it's too hot or I don't have energy, I'm usually in bed, binging whatever my show-of-the-moment is (just finished Severance and currently loving Loot). Come tell me what I need to watch next!
