What to expect when visiting the Transfer Center
Our Transfer Center front desk staff, as an extension of the counseling team, are committed to assist with your transfer questions and connect you with a counselor, university representative, or the appropriate department.
When you arrive:

✔️ Answer a few quick questions
Some services or questions may require extra processing time, or a referral to drop-in counseling thus we kindly ask for your patience as our team works to help you to the best of our ability. We’re excited to support you on your transfer journey. Let’s get you on the path to transfer success!
Appointment Guidelines
- Safety first: Appointments will not be conducted if you are operating a vehicle. Please give your full attention with minimal distractions.
- Zoom appointments: Be prepared to turn on your camera for verification.
- New appointments are released every Thursday for the following week.
- In-person and remote appointments. You can schedule online, by phone, or in person.
- Cancel appointments in a timely manner to avoid "no shows"
- The best times to schedule are in September, February, and March.
